Our focus areas are Education (Non-Government Schools), Commercial (Financial Services and ASX listed entities) and the broader Not for Profit sector.  Key areas of practice include Policy Management, ERM, Compliance, Complaints Handling, Privacy, HR, WHS, Student Safety, ASX Governance and AFSL Governance.

We are currently experiencing rapid growth and require the services of a Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic Sales team in Sydney.

About the role:

The Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the national sales process of our business. You will be responsible for the coordination and collation of client information, making sure that it is both accurate and up to date. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to develop productive relationships with cross functional teams where you will support, problem solve and inform internal stakeholders of useful information to assist with future growth and achieve group sales objectives.

The Sales Coordinator will regularly collect and analyse data to develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline for the national sales team to refer to. You will also be required to assist with the development of proposals and reports, and to work collaboratively with various internal stakeholders to produce material for conferences and seminars. Your experience proofing and writing reports and proposals will be highly regarded.

As you will be supporting teams across multiple product platforms, your astute IT skills will be the asset you need to ensure that you can ‘hit the ground running’ and provide the support that we are looking for.

Your ability to understand business needs in a dynamic environment, your excellent cross group collaboration skills combined with your ability to show independence and flexibility when dealing with multiple complex tasks makes you the team member we are after.

To be considered for the role you will need the following expertise:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Business/Commerce or a related field
  • Sales Support or Marketing experience within the professional services sector
  • Exposure to a business regulatory environment
  • Strong IT skills
  • Data management expertise

  • Personable, confident and positive. Your strong people skills allow you to move seamlessly between dealing with top executives down to more junior staff across a number of sectors.
