As part of the growth plans for Pan Asia region, they are looking to hire experienced inside sales professionals to join the team in Sydney

About the Opportunity

• Handling lead generation opportunities through outbound phone calls, email, and chat
• Qualifying and passing opportunities to the appropriate sales segment
• Meeting and exceeding targets in the shape of a monthly opportunities quota
• Responding to customer queries via live chat, email and phone calls
• Proactively identifying and generating leads through outbound phone calls, events and tradeshows
• Researching on market segments to identify potential customers and makes first contact
• Managing quality and quantity of overall deliverables (KPI's etc) throughout qualification process
• Generating revenue from transactional sales activities including Email & Collaboration and single-tenant products
• Proactively assisting quota-bearing reps in direct sales activities to achieve team revenue target

About You

• Degree in Business or university graduate
• At least minimum of 2 years Inside Sales and ideally with strong knowledge of cutting edge technologies
• Excellent rapport building skills via phone, email and online chat
• Strong communication skills and possess the ability to manage clients customer inquires in a timely manner
• Able to take direction well and handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing workloads to meet competing deadlines
• Demonstrates strong motivation to learn, a good self-starter and strong work ethics
• A strong team player
