The Opportunity

This is a strategic role and newly created position within the marketing team. You will work closely with the tech leads and report to an inspiring General Manager. You will work autonomously and take full accountability for a portfolio of customers to promote retention and loyalty, provide education on product and services and apply clever methods of communication via digital channels to maximise customer experiences.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Account management of client partners to nurture marketing leads
  • Convert and retain customers with education and knowledge
  • Help customers to plan and understand products, handling support and creative
  • Establish customer support best practices
  • Use data and analytics to help identify ways to build value in customer accounts
  • Deliver customer success programs and strategies via digital channels
  • Relationship building through regular customer meetings and by phone
