Sales Represenative - B2B IT Sales

This is an outbound business to business lead generating telesales role. We are interested in candidates who are looking to progress their sales career, move into the technology sector and grow their career with our business. This role does not need a technology background as full training is provided, preferably you must have previous sales experience in a B2C or B2B environment. 

MRP have been experiencing impressive global growth and are looking for driven, energetic, sales professionals to join our expanding Sydney office to help continue to grow this office. We are currently recruiting for 8 new sales executives and expect this growth rate to continue. 

Our Sales Account Executives are one of the biggest contributors to MRP’s success and as we continue to grow the opportunities for career progression and money earning potential are endless.

The Role:

  • Generate sales leads for our clients by making outbound business to business calls
  • Book appointments by identifying and communicating with the corporate decision-makers
  • Provide and proposition tailored business solutions for technology needs with focus on value, qualifying leads based on campaign criteria
  • Research and gather business intelligence – profiling/prospecting
  • Provide follow-up activities as part of closing the sale

The Requirements:

  • Australian National - preferably born in Australia with full working and living rights
  • One to two years' outbound sales experience
  • Lead generation or appointment setting experience
  • Business to business sales a preference 
  • Experience of working towards targets in a high call rate environment
  • Money-driven and career-oriented

The Rewards

  • $60,000 base salary plus superannuation plus commission
  • Uncapped monthly commission average OTE $86k in first year
