Canberra Martial Arts is looking for a motivated sales and customer support extraordinaire who has the desire to make a difference in the lives of “everyday people”.
Our mission is to provide a fun, safe and engaging fitness and martial arts programs unlike anything else available. More than fitness, more than martial arts - a community of people who train together to achieve their goals.
As the successful candidate you will be:
-
an important member of the team, utilising their exceptional sales skills across a variety of social media platforms aiming to build engagement, target audience and lead generation, building rapport, closing sales and become an expert in the field of personal development, and

the go-to person in the club for all membership related enquiries and issues using our client relationship management software.
This position offers a unique advantage in that warm leads will be generated so that the sole focus is to convert a sale, track and record data and report results and wins weekly.
In order to be successful in this job the appointee would need to:

- Have previous experience in membership sales and management
- Be competent in tracking and reporting

Applicants must have high attention to detail, be adept in using Google/Microsoft systems, the ability to pick-up new systems and tools will be highly advantageous. This role requires the ability to work as a part of a team as well as from time to time autonomously.
The position is also flexible with an option to work part hours remotely. Working initially 20hrs per week with 8hrs in the club, the rest being flexible around meeting targets and completing tasks within assigned timelines.
