The Client:

Our client is a market Leading Global Organisation offering waste management and recycling solutions. Having recently gone through some changes in senior management they are well financed and are reputed throughout their industry as delivering the best service levels within their sector. The company has a vast network of depots across Australia and employ in excess of 100,000 staff globally. They have an industry leading and structured training scheme allowing them to recruit top talent from outside of their competitor network. 

The Role:

Based in the South or Western Suburbs of Sydney you will work autonomously with the National Accounts team to strategically grow a portfolio of 10-15 multi-million dollar accounts, with Government, Corporate and the Industrial End-User space (Hospitals to Hotel Chains or Manufacturing facilities) Our client has a strong market reputation and brand name within the industry and these accounts are contractually signed up for between 3-5 years. The function of this role is to grow the accounts spend through developing relations at a ground level and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross sell additional equipment and services. You will have full autonomy to set and execute your go to market strategy in each account.

The Applicant:

This role is functioned around building strong relationships over a long period of time, therefore you will be able to demonstrate excellent account management and relationship building skills. You will current be in a solution based sales role in Australia, what you have sold is of less importance as long as you can demonstrate a good understanding of structuring a long-term, mutually beneficial relationship with your clients. Typically, our client has had success recruiting from aligned service sales such as Facilities Management Contracts, Office Supplies, Cleaning Services, Pest Control, Hygiene and Washroom Service, Hard or Soft Maintenance services etc however full training can be provided. You will be a good communicator, immaculately presented and able to work in an autonomous environment. In return our client offer a bright future in a market leading and growing company.
