A property development firm based in Melbourne CBD is seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager for an immediate start. Benefits include career progression opportunities and training, a generous bonus and commission structure, and a supportive team available to help you meet your goals.
In order to be successful in this role you will need:
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Proven success in a sales role
- Mandarin and Cantonese speakers strongly preferred, but candidates with a basic understanding also encouraged to apply
- Real Estate License or Agent’s Representative Certificate
- Experience working overseas, particularly in Asia
- Existing relationships in the property/development industry crucial to success
- Strong interpersonal skills
What you will be doing:
- Managing local accounts and creating new business
- Onboarding projects
- Sales forecasting and budgeting
- Working closely with marketing teams
- Traveling to overseas offices to educate staff on existing projects
