Melbourne Sales Executive - Hospitality Services (Food and Beverage)
Our client is an innovative Australian business that provides a range of products to the hospitality industry. In 2018 they have launched a new service based solution that provides venues with the chance to increase their profit for a structured monthly outlay which is a cost saving on other products that they will no longer need to purchase. This 40 year old business is best described as Entrepreneurial, innovative, ambitious, competitive and team oriented and we are looking for a proven hospitality sales professional in Melbourne who shares those values to be part of this exciting time.
The role on offer will incorporate:

  • The chance to sell a new and innovative product which is being well received by the market
  • A chance to earn commission on a product that costs $1 to install and increases profit in every venue it is installed in
  • The chance to work for a young dynamic manager who has excellent business experience and knowledge
  • Ongoing sales training and development from an external sales training organisation that is contracted by the business to continually improve the skills of their staff
  • Autonomy and authority to structure your sales approach in this territory as you see fit.

Salary for the role will include:

  • Base salary
  • Car Allowance
  • Fuel Card
  • E-Toll
  • Uncapped commission structure


Selection Criteria
To be successful in your application for this role you must possess:

  • Sound understanding and experience in new business sales to the hospitality market
  • A can do attitude and a passion for exceeding expectations
  • You are comfortable meeting and building relationships with new customers in the hospitality space
  • Candidates who have previously sold / signed rental agreements in the coffee, softdrink / postmix, linen , on premise wine, fixtuers and fittings, advertising such as Zomato or daily deal websites and apparel laundering industries would be of particular interest.
  • You are looking to build something and run a business within a business with a great range of products and services
  • You enjoy engaging with people and building lasting relationships
