SYDNEY

Bidfood is Australia’s leading foodservice distributor with a network of branches across the country.  Our Fresh Sydney branch is seeking a highly motivated and well organized sales professional to join the team.

We require a sales driven and results orientated individual. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with computer literacy and consistently high customer service skills.

Prerequisites for the role:

• Field sales experience or experience within the food or an allied industry
• Experience dealing with Chef’s or the Fruit and Veg arena will be highly regarded
• Tertiary marketing or business related post graduates feel free to apply

Your focus is to grow our customer base, while negotiating with each customer on an individual basis, to satisfy both the customers and company’s goals.  Responsible for a large territory, you will utilize your account management and business development skills to maintain and grow existing customers as well as win new business.

You will have the skills to liaise with all levels of business from the small cafés or Restaurants to Hotel’s, Government departments, aged care and National catering companies.

This will be challenging, requiring adaptability and would suit a resilient business minded person that possesses a consultative approach and has the aptitude to self-manage.

Base salary, plus a bonus structure and a fully maintained company car will be offered to secure the right professional.
