COMPANY
My client is an industry Giant in the manufacture and installation of premium security automation products. Their suite ranges from Bollards, Boom Gates, Pedestrian access, fencing and swing gate systems.
Their products are used in a variety of segments particularly in Building & Construction, GVT and Public Utility sectors.
This organisation has recently landed some huge projects and are now urgently in the need for a dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic sales professional who has proven specification experience within the Building & Construction sector.
POSITION
Your role as Business Development Manager will be to actively source new specification opportunities as well as managing existing projects through to completion.
You will be responsible for going out on site and liaising with Architects, Project Managers and consultants with the view of ensuring the companies range of Boom Gates, Pedestrian Access, Fencing and Swing gate systems are specified into current and upcoming projects. Your territory will predominately be throughout Melbourne Metro.
CANDIDATE
The successful candidate for this position will have proven experience specifying electronic security automation OR related products into the Building and Construction market. You will be hungry, motivated, dynamic and extremely results focused. It is also extremely important that you can demonstrate stability throughout your career.
If you have sold Gate automation or similar this would be ideal however not essential. Please note; you will only be considered for this role if you have specification sales experience within the building and construction market.
SALARY
You will receive a base salary of approximately $80,000- $90,000 + superannuation + 10,000 in bonuses + car allowance of $18,500 +mobile phone and lap top.
