Due to immense growth, we have an opportunity for a leading Business Development Manager to join our successful national sales team with a major focus on growth in New South Wales.

In this role, you will be using your well developed sales and relationship building skills, whilst tapping into your existing network, to identify new business opportunities.

You will be working closely with the senior management team and local operations team and we would welcome you to bring your ideas and techniques to the table.

The role:

  • Identifying prospective clients to drive new business
  • Presenting to prospective and current clients
  • B2B business development
  • Building a strong sales pipeline
  • Communicating effectively via telephone, email and personal visits

Ideally you are an experienced sales professional with exceptional sales and presentation skills, have proven B2B business development, are accustomed to KPI’s and budgets and thrive on a challenge. You will have a proven track record in new business, be self-driven, tenacious and above all passionate about sales!

Though recruitment and industry experience in dealing with blue collar industrial clients would be fantastic, it is not necessary if you have the right attitude and recent proven sales success.

You will be joining a successful team who are highly motivated and who are currently looking for a strong Business Development Manager to strengthen our presence and credibility in the market through your industry knowledge and technical expertise.
