About the role:
Reporting to the General Manager Sales & Solutions, you will deliver sustainable business growth for our Communication Services division; a global provider of integrated communications solutions. Through innovation, we help companies better connect with their customers and stakeholders through print, digital and mobile delivery channels.
This role has an equal focus on account management and new business development.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead new business development prospecting activities
- Lead RFI and RFP strategies, pricing, and success
- Provide executive level direction on new service/solutions for nominated clients
- Build effective relationships with key decision makers within nominated accounts
- Develop solutions that are clearly aligned with clients? needs
- Maintain account plans, leading the relevant teams to develop and execute
- Provide accurate forecasting and updates of pipeline reporting
- Successful track record in account management and sales roles
- A highly motivated and driven desire to succeed
- Strong customer service focus
- Exceptional relationship building and communication skills

- An understanding of the business process outsourcing and/or communications industry
