Werribee Automotive Group, located in Hoppers Crossing, 20mins West of Melbourne, is currently seeking to appoint a Business Manager - Finance & Insurance. The ideal person will have relevant F&I qualifications together with industry experience in finance and Insurance; and a natural engaging customer service focus when offering F&I options to our valued customers.
Business Manager is responsible for:
- Presentation, Introduction and Selling of all Finance, Insurance and Warranty products to customers
- Working closely with the sales team to build relationships, negotiate and close finance deals
- Managing the Finance and Insurance process, including the collection and submission of documents
- Maximize Sales Results for the dealership
- Achieving Sales Targets
- Selling insurance and warranty products to cash customers
You offer:
- experience in Finance & Insurance ideally within automotive industry
- strong computer literacy skills
- excellent customer service skills and the ability to qualify customer needs
