This is a highly reputable solutions based business in the logistics and transport industry. They are experiencing significant year on year growth and are now seeking an Account Manager to join their expanding team.
 
About the Role
 
Due to expansion, this role has become available for the purpose of servicing a large key account for the business. Your main responsibilities include:

• Facilitate and maintain positive relationships with key accounts
• Act as the main point of contact for the client's enquiries
• Adhere to exceptional company standards of service
• Report monthly to the sales and management team
• Maintain and increase profitability of existing accounts

 
Essential Criteria:

• Solid previous experience in a similar Account Management role
• Demonstrate a track record in previous sales achievements
• Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills
• Goal-orientated and self-motivated attitude
• Ability to meet and exceed KPIs
• Supply Chain or Logistics experience a significant advantage
• Vibrant, social and energetic extrovert
