Job tasks and responsibilities
We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Representative who is highly enthusiastic and driven with a "can do" attitude that understands what profitable customer service means.
You will work in a friendly, fast paced team environment interacting with our valued customers, other external sales representatives, internal sales and service staff.
This is a diverse and challenging role requiring an energetic and highly organised person who thrives on delivering customer service excellence.
Skills and experience
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful applicant must have 1-2 years customer service experience in the building industry - preferably in the window and door industry and be able to work autonomously.
You will need to be highly energetic, organised, a pro-active self starter, who plans well and has a great attention to detail. Time management and computer literacy are vital skills required for this position. We are looking for an applicant that is well versed with reading building plans and experience within a similar organisation would be advantageous, though not essential. ‘
