About the Role
Our client is seeking a strong systems and people manager to take on the role of National Sales Manager in the Yarra Valley region. Your role will involve you to gather, interpret, and dissect systems, processes and subsequent outcomes. In turn, you will bring innovative and fresh ideas to the table to effectively manage systems and the sales team. You will be personable and down to earth, yet strong when it comes to people management and analytical and innovative in your approach to systems. You must be passionate and love numbers!!
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading, managing and mentoring a national sales team
- Analysing the effectiveness of a CRM
- Gathering and interpreting information from every step of the sales process and implementing new ways of increasing the conversion rates to closed sales
- Training the sales team in proven and effective processes
- Minimum 5 years experience in a successful sales management role
- Demonstrated success in applying analytical thinking and bringing innovative ideas to life
- True understanding of how a CRM works
- Exceptional people management and leadership skills
- Passion and drive that brings about results and progression
- A genuine desire to grow within a progressive organisation
- Strategic approach to change
