About the role

We are currently seeking a highly commercial and analytical National Key Account Manager to join our team. Working closely with a large retailer group you will be entrepreneurial in approach and bring an ambition, which can be delivered while being able to balance the commercial and strategic priorities of a key account. With ownership for developing account strategies, you will embody the brands you represent by developing long-term relationships with key decision makers.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent analytical and financial data to support strategic decisions, sell in and launch platforms    
  • Developing credible and sustainable relationships across the key retailer account, delivering integrated strategies to help shape their growth plans, becoming the supplier of choice.
  • Building commercial plans for the account from conceptualisation to execution
  • Negotiating commercial arrangements with the key retailer account for product launches and    promotions
  • Effectively engaging closely with external stakeholders to develop accurate stock and sell out forecasts

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent commercial account management experience. Previous experience in a similar role within the beauty category partnering with a large retailer is highly desirable. A natural collaborator with a strong analytical skills, you will be able to influence those around you to drive the account growth. Possessing gravitas and excellent communication skills you will be able to articulate a clear vision and be able to work in partnership with your key account to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Your commercial approach will set you apart as will your conviction and resilience.
