Spraymaster Spray Shop is looking for an experienced and exceptional Customer Service Coordinator on a Full Time basis to join our team in Welshpool.
Spraymaster Spray Shop, the agricultural spraying equipment specialist in Welshpool, requires a friendly and competent person who agrees that providing quality customer service is of the utmost importance to join our team.
Role and Responsibility
- Assist with customer enquiries and transactions
- Ensure store/shop is presentable at all times
- Upkeep of barcoding, bin location and pricing
- Manage customer service focus, including enquiries via phone, fax, email and at point of sale
- Assist in logistics processes
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- At least 3 years continuous retail experience in a similar role
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills and a Can-Do attitude
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and leadership skills
- Good computer skills, in particular Microsoft Office and possibly Triumph
- Knowledge in the agricultural (spraying) industry
- Current manual drivers licence and WorkSafe Forklift licence
