Sales Administrator/Assistant

An opportunity now exists to join the team at the Bondi Junction & Mascot showrooms.

As the successful candidate you will possess the following attributes:

• The ability to participate as an active member of a team
• An energetic, enthusiastic and ethical personality
• Superior interpersonal and written communication skills
• Computer savvy and IT aware with a basic knowledge of EFTPOS and POS systems
• The ability to work with a culturally diverse customer base
• A strong aptitude for organization and attention to detail

Although a challenging role you will receive guidance and mentoring from a management team with unrivaled experience. Duties and responsibilities will include:

• Support the Sales Team with assigned tasks
• Support customers with product selection
• manage appointment bookings
• Learn on the job how to sell & opportunity to progress in the company
• Follow systems and procedures consistent with the philosophy and policies of the company
• Provide administrative support to the sales team
• Prepare and manage quotes
• In-house merchandising
• Data entry

Tuesday

Friday 10am-3pm

Saturday: 10am - 3pm

more hours available for willing employee
