Our goal is to turn the Marketing and Advertising industry on it's head by bringing together everything events under one roof. Currently, we are focused on marketing and advertising products, but we are expanding to create a true one stop shop to support clients with everything required to deliver high quality events. We will support this expansion through the leveraging of our current relationships and goodwill, to become a true partner to our clients.

Our people create bespoke marketing solutions for businesses and we work with some of Australia's most iconic and well recognised brands and corporate entities. Supporting our goal of continued growth, we require a strong minded individual who is highly motivated to work alongside our National Sales Manager to drive sales and nurture client relationships. 

Specifically, you will grow a portfolio of clients which you manage directly, from which you will continually seek out high value opportunities.

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We're searching for an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our family of winners. You will be highly motivated and a self starter with impeccable prioritisation. You're goal orientated and enjoy the thrill of the sale while being results focused. You've been called a "chatty cathy" before and possess the gift of the gab. You're a star at networking and maintaining business relationships, and are passionate about growing within a company where teamwork is a massive part of our culture.

You would describe yourself as someone who is a go-getter, self motivated, results driven, someone who makes things happen, and someone who is highly adaptable.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Work with clients to understand their objectives, buying criteria and decision making process to be able to effectively position Clear Bridge Group
  • Cultivate long term business partnerships with new and existing clients by understanding their existing and future business needs
  • Build a portfolio of on-going account clients
  • Identify and grow opportunities among new and existing clients and collaborate with the sales team to ensure maximum growth
  • Achieve sales targets alongside the National Sales Manager
  • Contribute to sales strategies

 

WHAT SKILLS DO YOU NEED?

  • Previous phone and face to face sales experience in a business to business enviroment
  • A client/relationship first approach to selling 
  • Efficient in prioritising your schedule and maximising your time to achieve targets
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to establish strong rapport
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask and meet deadlines
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence others
  • Able to operate in a collaborative team environment but also be able to work autonomously
  • Solution based thinking and strategic approach to selling
  • Understanding of how to use a CRM to maximise efforts
