About the role
This is a great opportunity to join Australia's largest life insurance organisation with outstanding earning potential and genuine ongoing career opportunities. Realistic figures will see you earning in the first year from 80K-100K. 2nd year onwards when you are established and a specialist in the product ranges the top performers that overachieve their targets currently achieve up to 190K.

This role will see you contacting warm (No cold calls) online queries from current clients which will give you the opportunity to discuss tailored packages and educate customers on relevant products to their individual needs. You will upsell and cross-sell a range of products and services providing outstanding service and positive customer engagement.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling and new business opportunities
  • Effectively manage your pipeline to achieve your weekly and monthly targets
  • Facilitate online and phone inquiries
  • Analyse customer requirements and tailor an ideal package around their individual circumstances
  • Use of the internal CRM to accurately document customer requirements and ensure an efficient application process.
About you
You will be a true Sales professional having successfully achieved budgets in the past making you hungry for success.
You will not be driven by KPI's you must understand the recipe for success and be focused on the end result to attain the reward for your hard work.
