Your new role
Our business is extremely well-positioned in a rapidly strengthening market and we are looking for people to share in our success. In particular, we are looking for an ambitious Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our recognized and highly successful training program. You will posses strong attention to detail, vibrant networking skills, a passion for business development and the ability to work to high sales targets and KPI's.
You will specialise in the recruitment of blue collar trades, assisting current clients and building potential clients throughout Perth and outer suburbs.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be experienced in business to business sales and cold business development. You will have a proven history of longevity and commitment and be confident and capable in cold calls and market mapping. You will have well-developed relationship-building skills, drive, ambition and a passion for success. You will demonstrate the ability to work proactively in a reactive market. You will have a commercial mindset and see the most in every opportunity and have a desire for long term progression and growth. A strong understanding of the the Perth building and construction market would be highly advantageous.
You have a valid drivers licence and working rights in Australia that will allow you to participate in an initial 9 month associate program which will launch you into a successful career at Hays.
