About the role

As FileStream continues to grow our software solutions footprint, we are seeking to add a results-driven Digital Transformation Specialist to our Enterprise Software Solutions team. Reporting initially to the CEO, this role is responsible for the promotion and sales of tailored software solutions, consulting and professional services to new and existing clients, specifically in the areas of digital forms, Enterprise Content Management( ECM), cloud based accounts payable, robotic process automation solutions, general business process optimisation and workflows.

Skills and experience

  • Create a detailed Sales Plan, develop and grow opportunities, and execute against it.
  • Maintain activity, pipeline and forecasting through our CRM.
  • Collaborate and lead virtual Pre-Sales and implementation teams.
  • Understand client objectives, buying criteria and decision-making processes to ensure long term business partnerships and trusted advisor status
  • Engage and negotiate with key stakeholders at all levels
  • Work as part of our proposal/tender team as required
  • Deliver powerful customer presentations that drive the sales cycle forwards
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in Digital Transformation
  • Engage on internal projects as required
  • Be highly engaged and motivated with a positive demeanour
  • Display the core values of FileStream at all times

 
This is not just a "strategy" role it's all about getting stuff done, as such you must be able to create your own Sales Plan, execute on it and lead collaborative external and internal teams (such as Commercial, Pre-Sales and Implementation) towards a common goal and deadline.
About You

  • You will be results driven and will be able to demonstrate solid success in a similar role selling innovative tailored software solutions and consulting services.  
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other leads generation tools to identify and prioritise prospects will be an advantage.
  • You will also be able to demonstrate how you have built high levels of trust quickly at all levels of an organisation and have delivered client value by engaging all stakeholders effectively.
  • Key to your success will be your ability to deliver powerful, conceptual client presentations inspiring our clients to engage with us on their digital transformation journey. 
  • A Business/Communications degree or equivalent will be highly regarded.
