Our client are a reputable and successful co that have made their mark in the Construction Equipment Industry. Due to success and expansion they are seeking a  State Sales Team Manager to join their business.

Reporting into the National Sales Director you will be required to oversee the entire NSW, Newcastle & ACT teams and be the Key Manager/Influencer to ensure their success. 
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Drive manage and oversee the State Sales teams
• Training, mentoring, assist & drive all Sales Reps to achieve their KPI's
• Using your hands on Sales Focus and experience to oversee & push the Gross Profit Margins to full capacity where possible
• Act as the go to person for all Sales Staff and Sales Coordinators including workshop & Deliveries

Key skills & experience

• Hands on Demonstrated Sales Team Management experience essential
• Hands on experience in the Construction industry essential
• Proven background and experience in managing & driving a successful Sales Teams to achieve Targets
• Strong People Management experience
• Personable with strong communication skills
• Happy to roll your sleeves up when required - all hands on deck approach when necessary
• Driven and motivated to overachieve Sales targets
