About the role
The Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator role is an important role within the organization. This position offers exposure to a multi-disciplined administration role in a small, vibrant and friendly business. You will gain invaluable work experience in a B2B environment.
Duties include:
- Marketing — assist with various marketing initiatives
- Coordinate trade shows, messaging, booth design.
- Develop email campaign programs.
- Monitor inbound marketing leads
- Reporting from the CRM system
- Evaluate and implement local demand generation programs.
- Sales — support and assist the sales team
- Management of the customers, leads, opportunities and accounts within the CRM system
- Tracking of billing, licensing, renewals and orders.
- Support the sales process and team with collateral and administrative help.
- General office Administration as and when required
Ideal Candidate background
- Relevant 3+ year degree or equivalent work experience.
- Self-starter and highly motivated individual, ability to work independently and proactively.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and handle varying assignments in different areas.
- Quality focused – get things done right the first time.
- Proficient use of PC computers with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience working with a customer database system, order or procurement system.
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
In return, you will be rewarded with a base salary between $50k - $65k plus super.
