INTERNAL ACCOUNT MANAGER - Melbourne
FULL TIME POSITION Monday - Friday

We are looking for a dynamic Internal Account Manager to join our team in Melbourne, who is passionate about people, and focused on delivering a great customer experience, while providing a total solution to our current and future customers.
The role will entail
- Managing relationships in an existing account portfolio to ensure account retention
- Growing sales in our existing client base by introducing new product categories
- Sourcing new business, via both sales leads and prospecting.
- Ensuring monthly and quarterly KPI’s are achieved
- Developing a call plan that suits your sales style and achieves results
Attributes and experience:
- Proven success in similar role and a strong desire to succeed
- Outstanding communication and organisational skills
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft office
- Enthusiastic and energetic phone based selling style
- Experience in the stationery and office products industry preferred but not essential
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- A commitment to provide an excellent customer experience
- self-motivated and works well within a team environment
