INTERNAL ACCOUNT MANAGER - Melbourne

FULL TIME POSITION Monday - Friday

We are looking for a dynamic Internal Account Manager to join our team in Melbourne, who is passionate about people, and focused on delivering a great customer experience, while providing a total solution to our current and future customers.

 

The role will entail

  • Managing relationships in an existing account portfolio to ensure account retention
  • Growing sales in our existing client base by introducing new product categories
  • Sourcing new business, via both sales leads and prospecting.
  • Ensuring monthly and quarterly KPI’s are achieved
  • Developing a call plan that suits your sales style and achieves results

Attributes and experience:

  • Proven success in similar role and a strong desire to succeed
  • Outstanding communication and organisational  skills
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft office
  • Enthusiastic and energetic  phone based selling style
  • Experience in the stationery and office products industry preferred but not essential
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • A commitment to provide an excellent customer experience
  • self-motivated and works well within a team environment
