We are:

Operating in NSW for over ten years we are a Rotating Equipment Engineered Pumps Repairer with a Multimillion Dollar Service Facility in Cardiff. The business has been built  on the sale, service and repair of Pumps, Gearboxes, Controls, Drives, Filtration, Flowmeters, Valves & Pipework into Mining, Municipal, Irrigation and Heavy Industrial Sectors throughout the East Coast. 

Due to the ever-growing demands of our satisfied customers we are now growing our team by adding an Internal Sales & Service Coordinator. 

The Role:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for  supporting the team with important administrative projects. 

Responsibilities:

  • Input data, quotes, invoices on pumps sales assisting the team to offer clients high-end back-to-base service.
  • Connect with customers and stakeholders, assist in closing business and account management. 
  • Expedite orders, provide critical administration tasks working with suppliers in Mining & Industrial. 
  • Learn the companies Parts Numbers, Systems & Processes working in a high activity fast paced environment - Systems training provided. 
  • Follow up suppliers, orders & purchasing.
  • Work to deadlines and provide a high level of professional communication to external stakeholders.                                                                                 
  • Process orders & input data with 100% accuracy. 
  • Work closely with the team to support the growth of the branch. 
  • Represent the company with high degree of professionalism with existing and new suppliers. 
  • Maintaining the High Standards and Values of the business offering 100% On-time Delivery, Zero Errors or Incidents.

The Candidate:  

  • You will be a details person, a highly accurate, team player with high energy levels and the ability to work in a flexible fast paced environment. 
  • You will have 3 + years in an Administrative or Sales role ideally within a technical company with high standards around systems and process. 
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. 
  • Pride in accuracy and the ability to multitask across various projects in a high pressure environment. 
  • You be enthusiastic, strategic & demonstrate the ability to work autonomously.
  • You will be professional, passionate and seek a solid, secure role within a growing National Company.

The Rewards:

Base salary of $65,000 - $75,000 + Super + Bonus. 

This will be renegotiated based on your performance in the role. You will be joining the company at an exciting time, we are experiencing steady growth and therefore these early stages of success will put you as a front runner for promotions as the company continues to grow.
