To meet the growing demand an exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and professional Sales Manager with a 'hands on' leadership style. Leading a disciplined sales and design team, you will be responsible for achieving budget and delivering a customer experience our competitors envy. Working from our soon to be completed, brand new and inspiring design showroom located in Toowoomba, you will oversee and managing the consumer experience following our professional and proven sales track.
Ideally, you will have had sales experience in retail or business development.
As we continue to expand our already extensive network of designer showrooms around the country, opportunities for personal development and growth within the organisation will only grow. Extensive training and support will be provided, along with potential to move into senior positions in the future.
Primary responsibilities include;
* Manage and lead a professional sales and design team to deliver an exceptional customer experience that creates future referral.
* Ensure the achievement of defined KPI's, achieved by delivering on a proven sales process.
* Reporting to the State Sales Manager you will develop and grow your team by providing ongoing training and building accountability of performance
* Have planning and organisation skills, letting you discover the devil on the detail.
Key Requirements;
* Minimum 5 years experience is required in frontline sales, business development or sales management roles
* Proven sales skills and experience in communicating with customers and leading sales teams to achieve budget
* Well developed interpersonal and influencing sales skills.
* Driven personality with a passion for sales, customer service and achieving budgets.
