- Our products and services give product suppliers and manufacturers the opportunity to speak to the right people, at the right time, with the right information.
The Role
- Sydney based team, full-time on-going position.
- A stepping stone into an Account Management role
- Support an experienced Account Manager with a portfolio of clients. (Portfolio will consist of blue chip companies, global players, market leaders and local startups).
- Actively engage with clients, provide training & information to designated users of our service
- Maintain accurate and up to date information in the CRM and BCI database.
- Fast-paced role where you will learn something new almost every day and you will be recognized for your success.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working with a CRM in your day to day role complemented with a high level of computer literacy skills (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Client management, customer service or sales administration skills highly regarded but not essential
- Own car & valid driver's license
