The Role

  • Sydney based team, full-time on-going position.
  • A stepping stone into an Account Management role
  • Support an experienced Account Manager with a portfolio of clients.  (Portfolio will consist of blue chip companies, global players, market leaders and local startups). 
  • Actively engage with clients, provide training & information to designated users of our service
  • Maintain accurate and up to date information in the CRM and BCI database.
  • Fast-paced role where you will learn something new almost every day and you will be recognized for your success. 

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working with a CRM in your day to day role complemented with a high level of computer literacy skills (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Client management, customer service or sales administration skills highly regarded but not essential
  • Own car & valid driver's license
