What's in it for you?
In your new role, you will be representing a quality brand with strong market presence. Your base will be between $90,000 - $100,000 (depending on experience) plus super, commission structure and a car allowance. First-year earnings are uncapped with a solid commission structure in place allowing for earning of $130,000 or more. The team across Australia are well established and the company takes pride in what they do, investing in their employees and promoting deserving staff internally.

What you will be doing:
The focus of the role will be to add your senior account management expertise to the Melbourne project sales team to manage one of the premium, national accounts. You will be utilised as a resource for the team and will build and grow the relationship with this major client. You will liaise with Architects, Designers, Commercial Builders and key stakeholders within the business. You will not need to estimate or quote in the role, this is purely managing the relationship and chasing new projects within them. You will be driven, professional and lead from the front. You will offer your experience within the industry and show your passion for design and sales. The products you will be representing will be a quality range of commercial interior solutions.

Who you will be doing it for:

They supply office interior products to the commercial market across Australia and have a well-structured approach to the market. They have established a strong database of clients over years of operation. Currently, in a massive growth phase, they are looking to hire someone to manage a major account.   • A proven track record of successfully managing major accounts
  • Driven by sales and ability to deal with decision makers on all levels
  • Consultative and professional approach
  • Ability to multitask and work with a high attention to detail

You will be highly regarded if you also have:

  • Experience within the commercial interiors space
  • Tertiary qualifications in interior, decorative or industrial design
