Job Responsibilities

  • Visit prospective clients through appointments generated for you
  • Sign new business through strong customer focus with professional and accurate proposals 
  • Achieve uncapped commissions from sales paid monthly 
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business
  • Reporting to the Sales Manager and working closely with the call centre and collaboratively with our operations team

 

About you:

  • As a Business Development Manager, you have a strong desire to build on your skills and have the drive to be successful.
  • You are a self-motivated and collaborative team player, with a customer centric focus and the ability to build rapport with our customers.
  • With your experience in the sales industry, you are willing to provide the ultimate service and go the extra mile for our customers.
  • You are solutions focused and it is your passion and drive that will open the doors for you and increase your earning potential!

Skills and Experience

  • As a BDM you are required to have experience in sales and hold a current drivers licence.
  • Industry experience is an advantage but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and strong influencing skills is a must along with passion and drive.
