Join a business who provides online registration and ticketing to some of Australia’s largest and most influential companies and renowned events. Our client provides an outstanding product and service that streamlines their events and offers seamless business solutions that extend on to their clients customers as it simplifies ticketing and event processes.Due to natural progression, we are on the lookout for an Account Manager to join a motivated, driven and outcome orientated team based in Collingwood. You will work with like-minded, high energy people who are continuously looking to develop and grow on an individual, team and organisational level.
This role will see you develop and maintain, long term, trusting relationships with existing clients as well as identifying and nurturing new business opportunities to assist in the overall growth of a loyal portfolio of clients. You will liaise with key client stakeholders, customers and internal teams as you coordinate events and provide first class customer service.

Key Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years working within an end to end Account Management role ideally within events, software or creative agency
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to build rapport quickly, maintain and develop new and existing relationships
- A strong technical ability and experience working with Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational and time management skills
- You are proactive, have a great sense of initiative and a desire to grow within a business
