The Barbagallo Group distributes a wide range of high-end and affordable automotive brands from dealerships located in Osborne Park and Cannington. A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager to join the Barbagallo Land Rover Dealership in Osborne Park. 

Land Rover is one of the fastest growing prestige brands in the world with an exciting future ahead with new markets developing.

The successful applicant will require a proven track record in the automotive industry and ensure that the operations of the Land Rover department are efficient and profitable.

The applicant must have a strong customer focus, be naturally engaging with customers and work on building long-term customer relationships.

In addition they will need to be commercially minded and be able to educate, motivate and lead sales staff to reach their full potential

To be successful the applicant will possess the following skills and attributes:

• Be process driven with an eye for detail
• Have demonstrated ability to meet manufacturer sales and performance targets
• Ensure CSI exceeds manufacturer benchmarks
• Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to further drive sales
• Be able to establish and maintain a high standard of Customer Service
• Be well presented, approachable and enjoy interacting with people.
• Ability to lead and motivate staff
• Able to develop working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Current yard manager and valid drivers license are mandatory
