About the role
The main focus of a Delivery Coordinator is to work closely with the sales & finance team to deliver all new vehicles and always ensuring complete guest satisfaction. The Delivery Coordinator carries out a range of duties related to the purchase confirmation and delivery of all new vehicles including:
- Maintaining a high knowledge level of all Toyota products and vehicles
- Handling telephone queries
- Ordering product for customers
- Conducting product demonstrations (as required)
- Schedule/ Book & attend to deliveries
- Prepare vehicle registrations according to RMS requirements
- Prepare and record vehicle RDR's with Toyota
- Carry out data integrity checks on all vehicles
- Keep in constant contact with all guests to ensure prompt vehicle delivery
- Assisting with the preparation of product delivery to ensure that the extras or options are included.
- Meeting & Greeting Guests/ Host their Needs
- Making Tea's & Coffees for Guests
- Attending Team Meetings/ Activities
- Assist New Car Manager with required duties when necessary
