Exclusive to Denovo, our client manufactures a high-quality range of Filtered Water systems. They have seen amazing growth throughout their years and are the premium supplier in the market. Due to consistent success and expansion, they are looking to recruit a Specification Manager for Victoria. This is a senior role which has a direct succession path for the right candidate. Position
Undertaking a major role within the commercial growth strategy of the business, you will work closely with the State Sales Manager and existing Business Development team and be a key representative at industry events and entertainment functions. Cementing key strategic relationships with architects and hydraulic engineers to secure new projects in the market. Essentially your mandate is to maximise the market share and grow the annual revenue base.
Candidate
The successful candidate will possess an external sales background with experience in selling plumbing products. Ideally you will have a strong network of consulting engineers and architects in the market to hit the ground running. A technical understanding of plumbing and/or a trade background. An energetic character that is well presented, tenacious and has a desire to win business and develop their career.
Benefits
On offer is an $80,000 - $90,000 base salary (depending on experience). A car allowance is also provided to the successful candidate as is superannuation and tools of the trade. A strong commission structure is awarded, which is based on outstanding performance. This role will offer access to both formal and informal training and development opportunities.
