As our Enterprise Account Manager for the Department of Education, you will be responsible for achieving sales, client satisfaction and client retention targets, effectively articulating the value proposition associated with our products, solutions and services.  You will use your strong relationship skills to develop rapport with multiple stakeholders to advance the sales process, close new business and meet HP’s revenue growth objectives.  Success in the role is determined by a focus on strategic sales, as well as leading, driving, planning and delivering a complex account strategy.

In addition, you will be expected to:-

  • Achieve Annual business revenue target and meet profitability expectations
  • Build strong client relationships and professionalism representing HP
  • Create strong and effective working relationships with all employees of HP
  • Build and deliver a sales pipeline, roadmap sessions with clients and tender responses that meet HP’s
  • business goals

To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate:-

  • University or Bachelor’s degree or several years of directly related sales experience within the IT industry
  • Achievement of progressively higher quota, diversity of business customer, and high-level customer interface
  • Proven capability in hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.
  • A positive and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to apply program/project management methods and processes to define, plan, cost, resource, track and ensure successful pursuit
  • Knowledge of the market, current IT challenges, competitor behavior and strategy
  • Stakeholder management and strong collaboration skills
  • Strong personal motivation and application skills to set and achieve objectives
  • Excellence in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in using Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM tool
