I am happy to be partnering with a Tier 1 FMCG company who are looking for driven, educated and experienced sales representatives to represent their well-known and growing brand. This company is growing through a period of exponential growth and are looking to develop a high-performance sales environment where ambitious and focused sales representatives can thrive. 
  
  
The Role
  
This role involves looking after large enterprise accounts and maximizing the opportunity for business within those accounts. You will look after NSW with most accounts being based in the Sydney CBD. On offer is world-class sales training, progression opportunities and a dynamic team culture. 
  
You must be experienced in sales and have a firm understanding of pipeline management. A passion for sales process and a structured approach is a must. You must be driven by developing relationships and providing a service for your customers, as well as working in a team environment and collaborating with your peers.
  
  
The Candidate
  
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years sales experience, and good tenure and proven success in each role. A degree in business or a related subject is desirable but not a requirement. Experience selling a solution based proposition into enterprise is a must.
