The role

The Audio Channel Sales Manager role aims to develop, service, and grow sales of Harman Audio portfolio by our existing network of channel partners. You will be a passionate, knowledgeable and a high calibre sales executive who can identify and build partnerships with new audio channel resellers, leveraging the broader team for ongoing engagement.

Your responsibilities

  • Drive adoption and grow sales of avt audio portfolio by existing and new channel partners and resellers
  • Develop strategies and methods to highlight unique capabilities and unique selling points of Harman audio products, including training of broader avt team in their delivery.
  • Leverage extensive existing avt technical capability to deliver on the above point to existing and new partners and resellers
  • Manage and foster relationships with appropriate sales, design and support teams within new and existing channel partners to drive preference for avt audio portfolio. 
  • Identify and establish new reseller partners for avt audio portfolio, including overseeing the on-boarding process.
  • Develop and maintain an effective contact management plan for the appropriate sales, design and support teams within new and existing channel partners
  • Working closely with the broader avt sales teams to mentor/coach to build capability in the effective sales of audio products and solutions
  • Quarterly reporting on sales KPI’s

What you will bring

  • Demonstrable experience in channel management
  • Good knowledge and interest in the audio industry and products
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM daily
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel and CRM preferred
  • Strong ability in crafting and implementing channel sales strategies to meet quarterly sales quota
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment / time management skill
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners.
  • Self-driven, highly motivated and passionate about sales
