Our production facility is based in Greater Sydney from where we continually lead the large format print market in innovation and quality.

The Cactus team is passionate and driven about bringing client campaigns to life.

This role has the scope to be based out of the newly refurbished oOh! Offices in North Sydney 

 

Here is why we need you…

Due to continued business growth in 2018, we're on the lookout for a passionate and self- motivated Business Manager to grow relationships with new and existing clients across a dedicate agency and direct client patch. 

As Business Manager, you are responsible for selling and supporting Cactus Imaging’s complete product and service offering focusing on customers with high-value and strategic growth opportunity.

 

Here’s what you’ll do...

  • Identify and engage key decision makers within market 
  • Prospect, grow and develop long term business relationships across a range of diverse clients 
  • Conduct in-person client presentations where you look to inspire and educate on company offerings 
  • Lead all aspects of the sales process from prospecting to solution development
  • Maintain a good level of sales activity and be passionate about in-market presence 
  • Supper a timely and efficient communication and delivery of client campaigns
  • Develop and contribute to game changing customer service plans that help to solve client problems and identify needs 
  • Develop and maintain good external relationships with suppliers, installers and media companies to ensure effective campaign delivery
  • Communicate well with others and demonstrate a strong solutions focused mindset throughout your work 

 

This is what you’ll look like…

  • 3+ years experience in a Business Manager role or similar within a highly competitive market space such as retail, hospitality/ events or publishing preferred 
  • Experience utilising effective sales techniques to tap into new revenue streams 
  • A demonstrable passion for the out-of-home or visual merchandising space 
  • Be a great storyteller with the ability to take customers on a journey of discover 
  • Engage and inspire 
  • Exceptional account management skills with a focus on CX throughout both the pre-sales through to delivery 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and ability to build rapports quickly
  • A good team player
  • Track record of achieving sales targets & growing revenue streams
  • A pro-active and self-motivated approach
  • Excellent communication style 
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills and good time management
  • A keen eye for detail and design
