Sales and/or Account Management targeting solution sales in Microsoft Dynamics 365 SaaS CRM/ERP.

Metisc is a Microsoft Certified Software Advisor for Dynamics 365/CRM and a Silver Member of the Microsoft Partner Network.  We are looking for a new team member to sell Microsoft Dynamics 365 software and services, and possibly manage our wonderful Customer Accounts.

This is an exciting time at Metisc, as Microsoft releases Business Central (Financials & ERP) on the Dynamics 365 Platform, alongside Customer Engagement, Talent (Recruitment & HR), Connected Field Service (IoT) and Finance & Operations (AX). Allied to Metisc' expertise in integration services and web development, you will be able to offer comprehensive solutions across whole of business using innovative technologies.

We are interested in a person who understands how businesses operate to enable them to sell software solutions forl CRM and/or ERP/Accounting related products; as well as services and ongoing managed services subscriptions across a diverse range of clients/industries.

  • Responsibilities

    • Meet Sales Budgets/Targets
    • Arrange and attend pre-sales demonstrations
    • Liaise with clients by phone, email or in person in a timely and organised manner
    • Assist with Partners selling on Metisc's behalf
    • Assist with lead generation
    • Ability to complete Tenders and Proposals
  • Skills

    • Effectively prioritise tasks given and meet deadlines
    • Effectively manage performance of a given task
    • Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft application tools (Office 365)
    • Be able to liaise effectively with clients, colleagues and staff
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
       
  • Your Personal Attributes:
    • At least 2 years Sales experience
    • Be self-confident with good communication skills
    • Ability to work independently; as well as operate in a team environment, and to grow with our business.

    • Microsoft Dynamics 365
    • Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CRM Online
    • Microsoft Dynamics Business Central/Finance and Operations/AX/NAV
    • Financials for Office 365/Wiise
    • Other CRM/Accounting/ERP systems such as MYOB, Xero, EXO, Attache etc
    • PHP and .NET CMS/Portal systems
    • Specialities in NDIS/Aged Care/NFP/Government/ Commercial industries
