We are currently looking for a new member to join our friendly, customer-focused team at Edwardstown. We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking individual who will thrive in our busy office/warehouse environment. You will be working as part of the team to deliver the highest standards of customer service.
Key duties will include
- Providing excellent customer service
- Phone and counter sales
- Promoting and upselling products
- Product demonstrations
- Input orders
- Pick Pack orders
- Dispatching and receiving goods
- General office/warehouse duties
To be successful in this position
you must be a strong communicator with solid computer literacy and excellent organisation and time management skills. At times, you will need to be able to take direction, but showing initiative is encouraged.

- Strong computer literacy
- Some Customer Services Experience
- Enjoy face to face customer interactions
- Display confidence in presenting our range of products
- Previous experience working with tools
- Previous welding experience would be highly regarded
- Thirst for product and technical knowledge
- Ideally have a current drivers and forklift license
The ideal candidate will come from a metalworking background and have worked in a fast paced retail environment. You will be able to capitalise on previous skills, knowledge and experience.
