Sydney based and reporting directly to the APAC Director, this role requires an industry-experienced leader. Kicking off in a few months, this newly-created position will have you leading your team by overseeing and managing distribution, while taking accountability for the sales performance of your ANZ region.
                                                           
Your responsibilities include:

• Designing and executing business plans, sales operations and targets in order to achieve market leadership in your region
• Successfully forecasting, tracking, and subsequently reporting sales successes directly back to your APAC Director
• Seeking opportunities to conduct training and seminars for key stakeholders with a view to develop brand awareness and education
• Using your industry knowledge and relationships for business development and sales expansion
• Leading by example and ensuring company values are upheld at all times
• Working in collaboration with your region’s Technical Team to ensure key industry presentations are delivered in-line with your selling propositions and benefits

You will have:

• 8 years sales and business development experience
• Proven leadership and people development success
• Minimum Bachelor of Science in Food Technology, Biomedical Science or equivalent
• Food safety diagnostics knowledge preferred
• Ability to travel in accordance with business needs
