Your new company
A renowned financial services company dealing in currency trading are looking for strong outbound sales consultants to start this job as soon as possible, based on St Kilda Road.
Your new role
Your role as an account manager will be looking after a portfolio of 200+ clients and you will be expected to make outbound cold and warm calls to generate trade business. You will be contacting a diverse range of existing clients to encourage them to trade on a regular basis. You will be given a week of training so that you will understand the product offering and sales pitch and will be set KPI's and targets to work towards. This role is Monday to Friday 10am - 7pm.
Day to day you will:
- Make outbound sales calls to existing clients
- Recommend trades
- Give advice about products and services
- Hit KPIs and targets
What you'll need to succeed:
- Resilient individual with solid sales background in face to face or outbound/inbound sales, contact centres, retail, real estate etc.
- Forex trading experience is highly regarded
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills are a must
- Full working rights as this is a permanent role
- Drive to meet and exceed KPIs
- Outgoing personality
