Reporting to the Manager Marketing and Customer Solutions, Cavpower is seeking a professional Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to identify, establish, qualify and maintain contact with small to medium sized customers to increase sales of machines, work tools and attachments.
Key functions of this role also include:
- Generate leads to customers
- Update customer information database
- Prepare quotes and sales contracts
- Assist external product support sales teams in the field
- Provide PSSR support during absences
- Identify market needs and growth opportunities
- Participate in special event planning
- Follow up all quotes
The successful applicant will have proven relationship building skills, with sound industry knowledge and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of customers.
Outstanding customer service, organisational, communication and problem solving skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are an essential criteria for this role. Earthmoving equipment product and market knowledge would be preferred.
