We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team and help drive business revenue in the Sydney metro and Greater West area. You will be sales driven person who is eager to earn a potential uncapped bonus.
A day in the life of a Business Development Executive
- Plan, host and attend relevant events in the Sydney metropolitan area where you will entertain VIP Customers to build positive relationships.
- You will develop and recommend strategies to identify new players, retain and grow market share to encourage repeat and lapsed player visits.
- Meet and greet our VIP customers (when on property), ensuring their every need is met and their Star experience exceeds their expectations.
- Identify new opportunities with commercial relationships to grow revenue.
- Flexibility with hours
What experience do you require?
- Strong experience or understanding of the gaming environment preferred
- Previous casino/club marketing experience desirable
- Demonstrated ability to influence individuals through positive relationship building skills.
- You will have excellent communication skills and a strong network in the local community to drive business revenue.
- Sales focused individual who loves a challenge and can work to deliver team targets.
- Mandarin Chinese and Korean Language skills desirable however not essential
- Driver’s licence desirable
