Australian Maritime Systems Group (AMSG) is a diversified organisation delivering high quality maintenance services, systems integration and ILS support to commercial and governmental agencies in the Maritime, Aviation and Defence industries. AMSG is seeking to appoint a highly motivated Bid and Tender writer to join a dynamic team in our Brisbane headquarters contributing to the delivery of our Business Development strategy.
The Role;
You will be a key member of a small dynamic and focused team contributing to;
- Delivering bid and tender governance and control by adhering to the brand writing style and requirements
- Ensuring all requests are prioritised, registered, and delivered according to tender timelines and client expectations.
- Cooperation with technical solution architects/engineers that will provide the solution for the bid to be developed around.
- Managing version control, proof reading and quality check of work
Experience Required
- Previous Bid/proposal management / compilation /writing experience.
- Bid team experience on complex commercial, and Defence bids/tenders.
- Tender writing experience on complex commercial, and Defence bids/tenders.
- Desirable experience in estimation utilising provided tools such as Excel
- Editing, proofing and management of publications, including tender responses, reports, Prequalification submissions,
You will be highly organised, energetic and a self-starter with well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
You will have a proven ability to work with limited direction, organise work and meet deadlines and above all, willing to work as part of a team.
