Its no longer enough to understand your prospective client’s interests. You need to understand what they are thinking in the moment and drive the right piece of content to the right channel to drive a purchase. This disruptive and innovative digital media agency has a set of SaaS solutions which take conversions to another level. Their philosophy is ‘client first, technology second’ so the role of the account manager is paramount to the success of each campaign. This a very creative business and your ideas and initiative will help to shape the clients experience.

The Role

  • 100% Account Management
  • Direct engagement with CMO, Head of Digital etc. within some of ANZ largest accounts
  • Customer satisfaction is key, and this role is critical in ensuring success
  • Bring creativity, fresh ideas and initiative to the client’s operations
  • Targets are very realistic, and you’ll be given full training to ensure success.

About you:

  • You’ll have a warm and consultative approach to delivering great client outcomes
  • Proactive and creative approach to opening doors
  • B2B sales experience is a must and candidates without SaaS experience will be considered
  • Being exited about working in a start-up and being an energetic, fun team player can only help
