Our client has one goal in mind, to assist and streamline the buying process for patients diagnosed with sleep apnea. Our client has an online presence as well as retail stores across QLD, NSW, WA, VIC and SA. They are currently in the process of rapid expansion and working with sleep labs and General Practitioners in order to raise the awareness that 1 in 4 people will go through constant bouts of sleep apnea within their lifetime and often it will go unnoticed. With the aid of the machines and service that our client offers, many of Australian's will have a safer and better nights sleep.
The OpportunityOur client is seeking a Sales Consultant | CPAP Clinician to join their company in Ballarat, VIC with the potential to earn an Hourly Rate of $30 + Superannuation + Generous Commission Scheme.
The primary purpose of this position is to assist customers in a friendly and professional manner within the store by providing personalised customer service and excellent aftersales care.
Reporting directly to Store Manager / Operations Manager some of your responsibilities include:
- Hiring out and selling CPAP masks and machines
- Building rapport and effective relationships with customers
- Basic reporting and general administration duties as required
- Customer sales service and after sales service
- POS use including EOD procedures
To be successful in this role you will have:
- 2+ years experience in a sales, retail or customer service role
- Experience in the healthcare / medical industry (desirable)
- Experience with CPAP (highly desirable)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
