DRHomes Sales Associates Opportunitities

Due to rapid growth, DRHomes have created a new opportunity for two sales associates that are full of personality and fresher than fresh to join us as our Sales Associates. We want these people to come on board and be our clients first point of contact at our display homes and leave a great lasting impression of the DRHomes brand.

Each associate will be assigned to a Northern Region or Southern Region of operations. Your home bases will be located in our display homes in Flagstone or Caboolture. Ideally you will be a local from either of these areas or be willing to commute.  

We have built a reputation of delivering high quality homes that represent fantastic value for money without compromising on quality or client service. We take pride in our brand being about what you see, is what you get – no games or smoke and mirrors.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role will include;

  • Meet and greet prospective clients and answer general inquiries
  • Promote DRHomes and products, helping to drive potential sales
  • Provide general assistance to the Home Coach as required
  • Record client details via our database
  • Maintain the appearance and general presentation of the display home
  • Compile and restock marketing related materials
  • Booking client appointments

  • Salesforce experience advantageous but not required
  • Current Australian Drivers Licence essential

This role is suitable for someone with a minimum of 2 years full time work experience who is looking to expand or start a career in sales or customer service in a highly rewarding industry. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Sales Manager and working closely with the Home Coaches team. This role requires the candidate to display a high level of care and responsibility as there will be occasions where they will operating the display home on their own.

There will also be driving required to attend the Display Homes across your region therefore a drivers licence is essential.

The successful candidate will be offered a salary in alignment with skills and experience and an attractive bonus scheme.
