Due to an internal move, we are hiring an Account Manager with a ‘hunter’ mentality to help our NSW team increase revenue and market share by securing new business and maintaining existing customer relationships across our diverse client portfolio. Covering a territory across metro and regional NSW, you will be based in our Surry Hills office on Monday’s and then spend the rest of your week out and about meeting customers and prospects. We’ve got some exciting new brand and product launches, and you will play a key role in helping to take these to market, including at seminars, events and conferences. 

What do our Account Managers do?

• Manage a diverse portfolio of new and existing accounts
• Create new sales opportunities within your existing customer base
• Generate new business utilising various prospecting methods
• Administration and reporting – Monday's in Surry Hills are mandatory

What would we like you to bring to the team?

• Proven experience in a sales / account management / customer service related positions
• A customer-centric attitude
• Sales acumen and a thorough understanding general customer service and/ or the sales lifecycle
• Tech savvy – Salesforce is our CRM and you will need to be adept with technology to maximise your productivity and provide a world-class service to your customers
• The ability to travel throughout metro and regional NSW – we provide a company credit card, tools of the trade (laptop & smart phone) and a car allowance
